Board and Event: 2018 Board Bucharest

EuCDNEuropean Community Development Network (EuCDN) are really pleased to announce that the 2018 Board meeting will be back in Romania in Bucharest during the week of May 14th to 19th.

The programme is being finalised, but the time will be split between the Board discussions, sharing information, updating on developments in community development in each member country and learning more about community development in Romania. Again, thanks to the organiser and their host the PACT Foundation for all their work.FP

This is an opportunity both to get up to date on what is happening in community development across Europe, to get more involved in shaping that through EuCDN and to reflect on our own practice so get the date in your diary and we look forward to seeing you all in Romania in May. If you are not yet a member we have a range of different membership categories to suit from new ‘national’ members, one from each Council of Europe member nation up to 15 in all, as in the EuCDN constitution, and entitled to Board membership; Network members (networks or alliances that have organisational members who would all receive EuCDN information and be entitled to participate on the same basis as associate members); Public body members: local authorities, municipalities, government and quasi-government agencies with community development policies; Associate member organisations: community development organisations at neighbourhood, city or regional level in Council of Europe countries and Individual members.
